ATTACHMENTS_OFF_AT_SITE

HTTP status 403

The company's on-premise service has file attachments switched off. 403. The customer's administrator turns them on in the service. Nothing is stored or written.

The API answers with a problem document (RFC 9457) whose type is https://twinn.engineering/errors/attachments-off-at-site, and with X-Error-Code: ATTACHMENTS_OFF_AT_SITE. Branch on the code, never on the detail text.
