Ask in plain English
Type the question the way you would ask your controller, inside the Twinn web app. Nothing to install and nothing to set up.

Ask Twinn chooses from the 44 Twinn reports, sets the criteria, and runs it against your live Sage 100 Contractor data, as you.

How it keeps your data safe
Written so your IT team and your controller can both sign off.
Read-only
Ask Twinn can run reports. It cannot post, edit or delete anything in Sage 100 Contractor, and it cannot create keys or change who has access.
Your permissions, nobody else’s
It runs reports as the person asking. If you are not allowed to run a report yourself, Ask Twinn cannot run it for you.
Payroll stays separate
Payroll and personal data are their own permission. Without it, those reports are off limits to you and to Ask Twinn.
Every figure has a source
Answers come from reports it ran, and each answer names them, so anyone can open the report and check the number.
Every question is logged
Each question and each report it ran is recorded against the person who asked, so you can see who looked at what.
Conversations expire
A conversation is deleted 30 days after its last message. Your Sage 100 Contractor database stays on your own server.
Already use Claude? Connect it.
If your team works in Claude Desktop, you can give it the same reports. Each connection gets its own read-only key from the Twinn dashboard, limited to the reports you choose, and you can revoke it at any time without touching anyone else’s.

Questions about Ask Twinn
- Which AI does Ask Twinn use?
- Claude, made by Anthropic. To write an answer, your question and the report results it needs are sent to Anthropic through its API.
- Does it need a copy of our Sage 100 Contractor data?
- No. It reads live data through the Twinn service on your network each time it runs a report. There is no warehouse or nightly copy behind it.
- Can it get a number wrong?
- The figures come from Twinn reports, which show how they are calculated. Ask Twinn can still misread a question, which is why every answer says which report and criteria it used, and links to the report.
- What does it cost?
- Ask Twinn is included for early-access customers on Twinn Reports. We will publish pricing before it is generally available.
