The default. Anything the classifier cannot place lands here, so it stays generic. 500.

The API answers with a problem document (RFC 9457) whose type is https://twinn.engineering/errors/internal-error, and with X-Error-Code: INTERNAL_ERROR. Branch on the code, never on the detail text.
