OUTCOME_UNKNOWN

HTTP status 500

The write may or may not have committed, and the service cannot tell which. 500, and not retryable: retrying could post twice. Confirm in Sage, quoting correlationId.

The API answers with a problem document (RFC 9457) whose type is https://twinn.engineering/errors/outcome-unknown, and with X-Error-Code: OUTCOME_UNKNOWN. Branch on the code, never on the detail text.
