RATE_LIMITED

HTTP status 429

This API key sent more requests of this kind (reads, writes, report submissions or MCP calls) than its rate limit allows. 429, retryable: wait the Retry-After seconds and retry. Nothing was executed.

The API answers with a problem document (RFC 9457) whose type is https://twinn.engineering/errors/rate-limited, and with X-Error-Code: RATE_LIMITED. Branch on the code, never on the detail text.
