RECORD_NOT_FOUND

A referenced record does not exist. 404.

On a read this is also the unknown-entity case. POST /api/v3/prats/query is a 404 naming prats, not a 405 and not an empty 200, and 79 route names are a lot of surface to typo.

The API answers with a problem document (RFC 9457) whose type is https://twinn.engineering/errors/record-not-found, and with X-Error-Code: RECORD_NOT_FOUND. Branch on the code, never on the detail text.
