HTTP status 422

The report read more rows than its row ceiling. 422.

The report fails rather than returning part of its answer. Narrow the criteria, for example a shorter date range or a single vendor or job.

The API answers with a problem document (RFC 9457) whose type is https://twinn.engineering/errors/report-row-limit, and with X-Error-Code: REPORT_ROW_LIMIT. Branch on the code, never on the detail text.
