The on-premise agent for this company does not support what was asked, such as a report or a match lookup. 501.

Not retryable: it clears when the agent is upgraded.

The API answers with a problem document (RFC 9457) whose type is https://twinn.engineering/errors/service-capability-missing, and with X-Error-Code: SERVICE_CAPABILITY_MISSING. Branch on the code, never on the detail text.
