How it’s calculated
The same notes Twinn shows beside the report, so anyone reading it knows what the numbers include.
- Who to call is on every row: the client's first contact line, phone, extension, cell and email.
- Past due only (the default) lists invoices with Net Due at least 'Minimum days past due' (default 1) days past due; retention-only invoices drop out.
- Job notes and the job contact print once per job, on its oldest invoice.
- Balances are current balances. The as-of date only sets the age.
