Cash Receipts for Sage 100 Contractor

Money received into cash accounts (AR and service receipts, other deposits), by account and date, with who it came from.

It runs in your browser against your live Sage 100 Contractor data, through the Twinn service on your own network, and exports to Excel, PDF or CSV.

How it’s calculated

The same notes Twinn shows beside the report, so anyone reading it knows what the numbers include.

  • A receipt is a debit to a cash account. By default: cash and electronic receipts, GL deposits and service invoices paid when invoiced. Choose 'Receipts only' for AR and service receipts, or 'Every debit to cash' to include journals and transfers.
  • Received From is the payee on the receipt, or the client of the invoices it paid.
  • Voided receipts are left out unless you include them.
