Audit Books for Sage 100 Contractor

Recomputes every stored ledger balance from the live journal lines and lists each one that disagrees, as the accounting system's own audit does.

It runs in your browser against your live Sage 100 Contractor data, through the Twinn service on your own network, and exports to Excel, PDF or CSV.

How Ask Twinn works

Criteria you can set

Pick these before you run it. Twinn remembers your last run.

How it’s calculated

The same notes Twinn shows beside the report, so anyone reading it knows what the numbers include.

  • Internal: run by staff and by the write checks, never listed to customers.
  • An empty result with 'Audit successful' means the books are whole. Each other line is one balance that disagrees, in the accounting system's own order and line format.
  • Out-of-range notes list live journals outside the audited years; they are not counted as errors.
  • When journals are posted during the run, the total row says how many, and each finding on an account they touched is marked possiblyConcurrent.
