Its own permission
This report shows payroll or personal details, so it sits behind a separate permission. Only the people you allow can run it, and Ask Twinn can only run it for them.
How it’s calculated
The same notes Twinn shows beside the report, so anyone reading it knows what the numbers include.
- Based on check (payment) dates, not invoice dates: a December invoice paid in January counts in January's year.
- 1099 Amount is what Sage puts on the 1099 (the 1099 amount on each check). Difference shows checks written outside AP or 1099 amounts edited on the check.
- The year defaults to last year (the tax year usually being filed). The minimum defaults to $600; check the IRS threshold for the year.
