Its own permission
This report shows payroll or personal details, so it sits behind a separate permission. Only the people you allow can run it, and Ask Twinn can only run it for them.
How it’s calculated
The same notes Twinn shows beside the report, so anyone reading it knows what the numbers include.
- Contact, phone and email come from the vendor record, or from contact line 1 when the vendor record has none (Sage keeps them on the Contacts grid).
- Status = Inactive lists only inactive vendors (the old Inactive Vendor List).
- Current Balance is what's owed on the vendor's open invoices; its total with Status = All equals the AP Invoice Aging balance.
