Its own permission

This report shows payroll or personal details, so it sits behind a separate permission. Only the people you allow can run it, and Ask Twinn can only run it for them.

How it’s calculated

The same notes Twinn shows beside the report, so anyone reading it knows what the numbers include.

  • Period = a quarter or the whole of the posting year, or 'Check dates' for any range. Quarters are by check date.
  • Taxable wages start from Gross Pay, remove pre-tax deductions and add taxable non-cash pay, using each calculation's 'subject to' settings.
  • Social Security and FUTA wages stop at the annual wage limit, counting the employee's earlier checks in the same calendar year.
  • 941 Liability = Federal W/H + Social Security and Medicare (employee and employer).
