This report shows payroll or personal details, so it sits behind a separate permission. Only the people you allow can run it, and Ask Twinn can only run it for them.
How it’s calculated
The same notes Twinn shows beside the report, so anyone reading it knows what the numbers include.
- Comp Wages are the wages the premium is based on (Sage's Comp Wage, normally overtime at the straight-time rate).
- Premium Charged is the workers' comp Sage calculated on the checks, spread over each check's timecard lines; its total equals the checks' workers' comp.
- Premium at Current Rate re-prices the comp wages at today's rates in the comp code setup, to compare with an audit or a new policy.
- Show = by employee or by job for audit detail (Sage's 'Separate Reports By Job').
