Its own permission
This report shows payroll or personal details, so it sits behind a separate permission. Only the people you allow can run it, and Ask Twinn can only run it for them.
How it’s calculated
The same notes Twinn shows beside the report, so anyone reading it knows what the numbers include.
- The state is the check's tax state. Pick a state, or leave it blank for every state (subtotaled by state).
- State Wages are the state wages Sage stored on the state income tax line; in states without income tax they're worked out from Gross Pay the same way.
- SUI Wages stop at the state unemployment wage limit, counting the employee's earlier checks in the same calendar year.
- Other State EE / ER: other state-level payroll taxes set up with a tax state, such as paid family and medical leave.
