Job Profitability for Sage 100 Contractor
Which jobs made money and which did not. Revenue billed, cost by type (material, labor, equipment, subcontract), gross profit and margin per job, for a period or to date, filtered by status, job type, client or salesperson, so you can see which kinds of work earn their margin.
It runs in your browser against your live Sage 100 Contractor data, through the Twinn service on your own network, and exports to Excel, PDF or CSV.

How it’s calculated
The same notes Twinn shows beside the report, so anyone reading it knows what the numbers include.
- Revenue is what was billed in the range (AR invoices plus service invoices), excluding sales tax. Cost is job cost posted in the range. It is billed-basis profit, not earned (percent complete) profit: use Over/Under Billings for that.
- Leave the dates, year and periods blank for job-to-date figures. The year and periods are posting periods; period 0 (beginning balances) is left out of a period range unless you tick 'Include period zero'.
- User Types holds cost types 6-9 (user-defined) and any cost without a type.
- Use 'Group by' for subtotals by job type, salesperson, client or status.
