How it’s calculated
The same notes Twinn shows beside the report, so anyone reading it knows what the numbers include.
- Inactive jobs and Closed jobs are left out unless you tick 'Include inactive and closed jobs' (or pick status Closed).
- Billed to Date excludes sales tax and void invoices; AR Balance is what the client still owes on those invoices (retention and tax included).
- Cost to Date is every open job cost record, with no date cut-off.
- Revised Contract adds approved prime change orders. Tick 'Contract already includes change orders' if your company posts them into the contract.
