Pending Change Orders for Sage 100 Contractor

Prime change orders that aren't approved yet, by job and status: dates, days outstanding, description, requested amount, estimated cost and budget, optionally with scope and notes.

It runs in your browser against your live Sage 100 Contractor data, through the Twinn service on your own network, and exports to Excel, PDF or CSV.

How it’s calculated

The same notes Twinn shows beside the report, so anyone reading it knows what the numbers include.

  • Pending = status Open, Review or Disputed. Approved and Void change orders never show; Rejected ones only when you ask for them.
  • Days Outstanding counts from the Submitted date, or from the Order Date when the change order hasn't been submitted.
  • Requested is the price asked of the owner; Estimated Cost is the estimated cost of the work; Budget is the budget change that will post when it's approved.
